Attention all students who are attending Prom or After Prom this year. An important email regarding attendance on the day of Prom will be going out to your parents this week. Please check with them and confirm they received it. If they do not get it, please stop in the attendance office and let Mrs. Poelking know.

This past Wednesday, the National Honor Society participated in the first ever International Induction Ceremony to celebrate 100 years of NHS. Here, students from all over the world came together to commend one another on their high school accomplishments. NHS students were recognized for their scholarship, service, leadership, and character: all qualities that contributed to their acceptance into NHS. Guest speakers included many congressmen and senators, business executives, and actor/musician, Common. West G even got a shout-out at the end of the presentation that was broadcast worldwide. It was a great opportunity for scholars around the globe to unite while celebrating the success of our NHS students!
