This event is free and specifically designed for high school students looking for employment. It is being held at the Berkshire High School on April 11, 2019 at 10am. Bus transportation will be provided on this day. Please sign up through the Google survey that was received by email. If you have any questions, please see your counselor!

A new Discount Drug Mart in Chagrin Falls will be opening in May 2019. They are looking for individuals to apply in an open interview session Feb. 27 and 28th from 10am-4pm. If you're unable to apply in person, please submit application via email to employment@discount-Drugmart.com. Paper applications available in guidance office.

Punderson Manor Lodge and Conference Center in Newbury is having a job fair for seasonal employment on March 16, 2019 from 11am-2pm. More information can be found on the job board in the guidance office.

Driver Education classes will be held after school for two weeks starting Monday February 25th through Thursday March 7th from 2:45 p.m. to 5:50 p.m. in room #105. The cost for the classes and behind the wheel lessons will be $349.00. There are no added costs.

This year, the College Fair will be held on March 18th from 2:30 PM to 4:30 PM at Quicken Loans Arena. In addition to the College Fair, various seminars will be held throughout the day from Cavaliers Front Office staff in the career fields of Sales, Marketing, IT, and many more. Tickets for the event may be purchased through the link on the Q website. Costs start at $20, which includes a Loudville ticket to the Cavs vs. Pistons game that evening in addition to the College Fair.

Congratulations to the varsity swim team for a fantastic sectional meet this past Friday at Spire. The team had a total of 22 PRs for the meet! Qualifying for this Friday's district meet at CSU are the girls medley relay consisting of Asa Eddy, Fiona Fisher, Catelyn Chase and Lindsey Kulp, the boys medley relay consisting of Josh Burdecki, Max Pesto, Eli Harvey and CJ Contizano. Also competing in individual events will be Fiona Fisher in the 200 IM, Lindsey Kulp in the 50 free and 100 free, Asa Eddy in the 100 backstroke, and Max Pesto in the 100 breaststroke. In addition, Hannah Zahniser will be diving in district meet on Wednesday.

Practice starts for varsity softball on February 18th at 2:45 after school, meet outside of the athletic office. Those interested should bring their gloves and bats and warm clothes in case we go outside .

Attention juniors and seniors: We are now accepting applications for the Future Agents In Training Academy, June 18-21. This is a 4-day program for students rising seniors and recent graduates (Class of 2019 & Class of 2020), that live within the FBI Cleveland Division area of responsibility. This is a chance for High School students to learn about the FBI and is similar to a mini Citizens Academy. The deadline is February 8th. The application is available in the Counselors' Office.

ATTENTION SENIORS:Paperwork for the senior internship should be coming in by today. If you have not yet submitted the packet to Mr. Marino in Room 111, please do so ASAP. Please stop by Room 111 with any question or concerns...thank you.

Attention Juniors and Seniors: The deadline for the Geauga Growth Partnership Summer Internship is Today, February 1 at 5:00 pm. Applications can be submitted via email, delivered in person to the Internship Coordinator, or mailed. If the application is mailed it must be in the Internship Coordinator's hands by TODAY.
