Dear students, in light of the recent tragedy in Texas, we want to remind everyone of our safety and security measures that must be followed. Please do not prop open any exit/entrance doors for any reason. Furthermore, the only entrance that you may use during school hours (7:25am - 2:15pm) is the main entrance on the south side of the building. This is the side of the building closest to the library. Students are not permitted to allow students into the building from a non-main entrance door. Again, if you park on the west side or north side of the building, you must enter the building at the main entrance on the south side, near the library. Students who are caught entering the school at an entrance other than the main entrance, or allowing students into the building, will face consequences. Every single person who enters the building during the school day must be buzzed in through the main entrance. Additionally, make sure that if you See Something, Say Something to an adult in the building. This includes any threats both online or in person. Thank you all for following these safety and security measures to keep our campus safe.

Look around the school for some clues that are pieces of our project!  A special thank you to our canvas members for all of their hard work: Natalie Zargari, Alyssa Mobley, Kayla Gallagher,  Rebecca Poelking, Emma Horrocks, and Hudson Sheline.  And a special thank you to Hope Gibbs for representing the GSA club.

Have you preordered a yearbook?  This is your last week to do so!  You can preorder through Jostens or Infinite Campus through THURSDAY.  We will be distributing books next week.  Those who have not pre-ordered can purchase them on a first come, first serve basis once all of the pre-ordered books are distributed.  Supply is limited -- reserve yours online TODAY!

Students who are not Taking End of Course Exams on April 20th, 21st, or April 25th - 28th are not required to be in the building during testing times.   School transportation is only available at normal arrival and dismissal times on these days.  Students who need to utilize school transportation but are not testing will report to the cafeteria upon arrival and remain there until testing is complete.  Students who normally drive or get rides to school may not arrive earlier than 9:15 on testing days.

AP students coming in for Bootcamps need to arrive and be in their designated area by 7:25.

Excel TECC and CCP students may have schedule conflicts with their off campus classes.  The attendance office is aware and will make a note for West G teachers if that is a case. Please make sure you notify your off campus instructors if you will be missing instructional time with them.
