The Geauga Wolverines Ice Hockey Team is holding tryouts for the 22-23 season on Saturday April 2nd and Sunday April 3rd. The team is coed and is open to high school students from any school district. New skaters and goalies with the drive to excel and willing to put in time over the summer are welcome. Come and cheer on your favorite team at the Interact Dodgeball Tournament this Wednesday at 6 PM in the HS gym! All proceeds will go to support the Ronald McDonald House of Northeast Ohio.
Students who plan on continuing with CCP OR who will be new CCP students for the 2022 - 2023 school year need to complete a mandatory letter of intent by April 1, 2022. This includes students who plan to take CCP courses in the WGHS building, or, on a college campus. There are no exceptions to the April 1 deadline. Please see your counselor with any questions.
The Geauga Growth Partnership Youth Workforce Summer Incubator is now accepting applications from eligible students from across Geauga County to be a part of the 2022 Summer Cohort. We welcome all rising juniors, seniors, and 2022 graduates living in or going to school in Geauga County to apply for this unique summer work-based learning experience. WG Students: Are you interested in finding full-time, part-time, summer/seasonal jobs, as well as internships and apprenticeships throughout Geauga county? If so, please stop down to the school counseling office to sign up for a job fair on Friday, April 8th from 9:00 am - 12:00 pm. We will provide transportation to Cardinal High School.
