The annual Best Buddies friendship walk is this Friday immediately after school. We will celebrate inclusion and friendships here at WG by walking together on the track (school hallways if it’s raining.) All are welcome!
Freshmen and Sophomores, if you are interested in learning about Sports Medicine and helping the Athletic Trainer next year please email her at samantha.adkins@westg.org or have any school athlete show you where the training room is! Sam is looking for 2-3 student helpers for fall sports.

Congratulations to Taylor Atwara and Berkeley Makuch! They are the champions of the Junior Achievement National Stock Market Challenge competition. At the end of the 60 day virtual competition their portfolio value was over 1.4 million dollars! Schools from all over the country including Florida, Kansas, and Nebraska competed. Their teamwork and investment strategy were the keys to their victory. West G are the National Champs because of their preparation, effort and performance! Congratulations Taylor and Berkeley!
