Speaking of scholarships, The West Geauga Education Association will be offering a scholarship to a senior who will begin his/her freshman year in college in the fall of 2021. Applicants must be pursuing a career in education, or be the son or daughter of an educator. Preference will be given to applicants pursuing a career in education. Academic achievement, community involvement, and activities will also be considered. See your guidance counselor for an application. The deadline is March 12.
ATTENTION SENIORS: The senior intern program is happening this year. The deadline to secure faculty sponsors and fill out the application is quickly approaching. The application packet has been sent to all senior English teachers and is posted on the high school website at westg.org. Please stop by Room 111 if you have questions or email Mr. Marino.
