Attention 11th grade students! The 2019 PSAT/NMSQT will be given on Wednesday, October 16th. By taking it you be considered for the National Merit Scholarship Competition. You may register to take the PSAT with Mrs. Porter in the guidance office. The deadline to sign up is Tuesday, October 8th.

Congratulations to the Boys Cross Country team - they finished in second place out of 19 teams at the Medina Cross Country Invitational. Led by Patrick Garrett who finished in second place, Kenny Kirk 6th place, Johnny Patterson 7th place, Chris Whiting 25th place, John Mikes 34th place, Joey Tirabassi 36th place, and Dakota Deets 42nd place.

Come support your #6 state ranked lady Wolverines soccer team as they take on the #13 state ranked Lake Catholic team at 7 p.m. in the stadium tonight!

Congratulations to October Students' of the Month!  Sabreena Ighneim is the Rotary Student of the Month and Alec Wright is the Kiwanis Student of the Month.

Club/activity picture day is tomorrow, October 8th. Listen throughout the day for any clubs or activities that you belong to, to be called to the gym. On that day, seniors, your grade will be called to the gym for your class picture toward the end of 2nd period. Any seniors not in the building at that time will be called again later in the day.

Ms. Thrasher is in need of large pieces of cardboard! Examples of larger pieces would be refrigerator or furniture boxes! Please talk with Ms. Thrasher if you have anything like this around the house.

This week Thiel College, Pace University and Hiram will be here today, Earlham College, Capital University and Savannah College of Art and Design tomorrow, and Kent - Geauga on Thursday. Please sign up through Naviance to attend, and see Mrs. Porter in the guidance office if you need a pass.

There will be a PSAT pre-administration meeting tomorrow, October 8th during 6ยบ in the cafeteria. All sophomores and registered juniors should attend. Please bring a #2 pencil.
