Attention seniors: The West Geauga Education Association will be offering a scholarship to a senior who will begin his/her freshman year in college in the fall of 2021. Applicants must be pursuing a career in education, or be the son or daughter of an educator. Preference will be given to applicants pursuing a career in education. Academic achievement, community involvement, and activities will also be considered. See your school counselor for an application. The deadline is March 12.

The Geauga Public Library will be hosting a Virtual Panel Discussion for LGBTQ Support Resources on January 28 at 7:00

Join them for a panel presentation, sponsored by Geauga SOGI Support Network, on supportive resources for individuals experiencing changes in sexual orientation and gender identity, and their families. The panel will be comprised of Dr. Vanessa Jensen Psy.D, with the Cleveland Clinic, Natalie Smith LISW, Ravenwood Health counselor, and community members.  All ages are welcome
